America is experiencing unprecedented prosperity despite the left’s unwillingness to acknowledge it. If the presidential election really is all about the economy as it has historically been, then there really isn’t anything the Democrats can do but hope for a financial collapse. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what Democrats want; it doesn’t matter how many Americans are hurt by such an event as long as the blame can be placed on President Trump.
While they pray to their false gods that economic failure will kick in soon, they’re going with two major messages and a few minor ones as they prepare for next year’s pivotal elections. On one side, they’re fanning the flames of Trump Derangement Syndrome after much of the fire went out after their complete and total failure with the Mueller gambit. They’re going to subpoena until we’re all blue in the face from the suffocating effects of investigations into nothing, and the media is going to do everything in their power to make as many Americans as possible believe the Russian emperor really does have clothes.
On the other side, they have free stuff. Free college. Free money through reparations. Free pay raises. Free healthcare paid by rich people. I’m shocked nobody’s offered free iPhones yet.
Sure, there are some actual policy issues they’re discussing in general terms and broad strokes such as climate change and open borders, but those are backdrops for a party that no longer believes in finding solutions. Instead, they’re only offering to change the nature of problems to affect people who likely wouldn’t vote for them anyway.
But we have real issues. These issues need real solutions. I’m not going to waste much time on the most obvious issue, the crisis at the border. If you read NOQ Report at any given moment, you’re aware of that issue. Healthcare, on the other hand, is an issue that must be discussed more on conservative sites, but unfortunately it’s pushed aside out of guilt. You see, the GOP failed to deliver on that particular promise and now the momentum has shifted in America. After six years of beating the Obamacare repeal drum, the GOP failed to take the initiative and now the initiative is in the Democrats’ court. But there’s a silver lining. While it’s futile to run on repealing Obamacare (fool me once, shame on me), the Democrats have thrown us a bone with their own “solution” in Medicare-for-All. They decided to not let the GOP languish in their failure to repeal and offered up a much more ominous healthcare monster to oppose. Thank you, Democrats.
But there’s another topic that’s currently being tossed back and forth like a beach ball in a sports stadium. Iran is becoming more of a threat every day, and while the media and Democrats are pressing for the blame to fall on the President pulling out of the Iran Nuclear Deal and then rattling our huge saber, the USS Abraham Lincoln, in their direction, the reality is Iran has always been a threat that was only covered up by the Obama administration. As we get closer to conflict and more information is revealed, I’m confident the GOP narrative will prevail. Obama will be blamed for Iran’s ultimate aggressions and the President’s measured stance of being strong without provoking too hard will end up being a major foreign policy win as long as war can be avoided.
If there’s war, then a whole different set of narratives will have to play out, but there’s still a chance the President can achieve a political victory with a military one.
As we’ve seen, the Democrats have no solution for the border. They’re offering a false solution for healthcare. They’ve got nothing but desperation regarding Iran and the hope the nuclear deal isn’t revealed even further to be a diplomatic con job that actually enabled Iran to pursue their ambitions and fund their terrorist proxies.
The 2020 election season is appearing, at least at this very early stage, to be a debate over sound policies versus sheer emotion. The GOP seems to be well positioned to earn votes through strong results in the economy and proper policy proposals to address actual problems. Meanwhile, the Democrats are playing on division and feelings. They want people to hate the President and accept all the wonderful gifts of socialism and outright voting bribery to coerce the votes.
Will Americans be cognizant of our success or will the Democrats blind them with false emotions?
There are three major crises and the Democrats own them all: border security, healthcare, and Iran. Instead of solutions, they’re going with a main serving of TDS, a side of cash-for-votes, and a sprinkle of climate change as their message. Please clap.
