FBI lied: Contrary to testimony, they knew the Steele dossier was fake BEFORE using it to get FISA warrants

FBI lied Contrary to testimony they knew the Steele dossier was fake BEFORE using it to get FISA war

The “evidence” used by the FBI to secure FISA warrants on Trump adviser Carter Page was known to be suspiciously inaccurate 10 days before procuring the warrants, but the FBI used them anyway. In fact, the FBI swore before the FISA judge that the information had been corroborated when it clearly had not.

Information had been given to the FBI demonstrating the motivations behind the Steele Dossier were clearly political and prompted by the Clinton campaign. They knew this going in, but without actual evidence to back their FISA request, they ran with the false story in hopes it would yield fruit. When it didn’t, they quickly began covering up their activities and tried to justify the warrants with evidence collected after the fact, evidence that itself was tainted.

According to John Solomon at The Hill:

The concerns were flagged in a typed memo and in handwritten notes taken by Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Kathleen Kavalec on Oct. 11, 2016.

Her observations were recorded exactly 10 days before the FBI used Steele and his infamous dossier to justify securing a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant to spy on Trump campaign adviser Carter Page and the campaign’s contacts with Russia in search of a now debunked collusion theory.

It is important to note that the FBI swore on Oct. 21, 2016, to the FISA judges that Steele’s “reporting has been corroborated and used in criminal proceedings” and the FBI has determined him to be “reliable” and was “unaware of any derogatory information pertaining” to their informant, who simultaneously worked for Fusion GPS, the firm paid by the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and the Clinton campaign to find Russian dirt on Trump.

Bottom Line

The FBI clearly knew the Steele Dossier was a fabricated political attack commissioned by the Clinton campaign, yet swore before the FISA judge that it was accurate and corroborated. It’s time to investigate the investigators now.

Mueller and his rat king pack knew there was no collusion for a year while trying to goad the President into a sit down in an effort to frame him for obstruction.

Here is a great summary of the corruption of Mueller and the Deep State he serves:

Who SPECIFICALLY signed the warrant application? Warrants are not signed by “The FBI”…I would like to know who is particularly responsible for filing that affidavit; the Person whose name and signature appear on that form needs to be prosecuted.

Two separate illegal aliens with child sexual crime felony convictions caught crossing the border again

Two separate illegal aliens with child sexual crime felony convictions caught crossing the border ag

Thursday was another busy day for border patrol agents. It wasn’t just their standard apprehension and processing of thousands of migrants crossing the border to claim asylum. A handful of convicted criminals were caught trying to secretly cross into the United States, into two child sex offenders.

A 45-year-old Mexican national who had a prior felony conviction for “lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14” in California was captured earlier in the day. Then, a 26-year-old El Salvadoran national who had a prior felony conviction for “child molestation in the first degree” and an active felony warrant for “molestation of a minor” in Washington state was captured with another El Salvadoran national.

Both had been previously deported.

Opinion

Give me one excuse for this. Anyone. Can a single Democrat pushing their doctrine of open borders explain how it’s a good idea to keep border patrol undermanned and under-resourced, block the wall at every turn, and keep laws so weak that of course child rapists want to make their way to a sanctuary city near you.

These aren’t isolated cases.

Every day, we hear of new criminal illegal aliens, previously deported, who are crossing over again to commit heinous crimes like these two child rapists. Why? Because they know leftists will protect, enable, and encourage them.

This is a sickness. No, I’m not talking about the obvious sickness of vile men who find pre-teen children to ruin their lives for the sake of their own sexual kicks. I’m talking about the people on the left who willfully turn a blind eye to the sick crimes of animals like these two.

The saddest part about the left’s embrace of criminal illegal aliens like these two child raping animals is that they will take more offense to me calling them “animals” than to the vile crimes these men committed against children.

“Democrats have controlled the House for nearly 5 months. Besides supporting infanticide, illegal immigrants, and whining about President Trump, can anyone tell me what they have accomplished?” – Ryan Fournier

Final Thoughts

Border patrol is stretched thin by the migrant crisis, which makes it difficult to apprehend these child sexual predators crossing the border. If they caught two by chance on the same night, how many child molesters are crossing unabated?

Thomas Massie exposes the many problems with Red Flag Gun Laws

Thomas Massie exposes the many problems with Red Flag Gun Laws

Representative Thomas Massie (R-KY) has been a staunch proponent of the 2nd Amendment throughout his career in Washington DC. This makes him an opponent to Red Flag Gun Laws which are spreading across the states. Colorado recently passed their version, bringing the total up to 15.

As we’ve documented numerous times, Red Flag Gun Laws are a direct attack on the 2nd and 4th Amendments. Depending on the version of the law, citizens can have their firearms forcibly removed from them by law enforcement when a judge decrees they may be a threat to themselves or others based on requests by people who know the victim. It’s important to understand that these laws are not based on anyone committing a crime. They are based on a feeling that someone may commit a crime.

It’s like the movie Minority Report, only without psychics. Gun owners’ liberties can be encroached based on the government’s “future crimes division.”

In this video, Massey gets to the heart of the matter by talking to Colorado Weld County Sheriff Steve Reams and Dr. John R. Lott of Crime Prevention Research Center. This is an important video for #2A proponents across the nation.

Illegal alien Billy Chemirmir charged in 12 murders, was never ordered for deportation

Illegal alien Billy Chemirmir charged in 12 murders was never ordered for deportation

It may be more difficult than it should be to deport illegal immigrants in America, but when they are convicted of crimes, it’s a realistic expectation that they should be deported, especially when they’re arrested in a state like Texas. But that wasn’t the case with Billy Chemirmir who was arrested four times without deportation. Now, he’s being charged with a dozen murders.

The 46-year-old Kenyan national had been arrested for DWI twice, criminal trespassing, and domestic assault, yet he was not deported. His last arrest in 2018 was for murder. Now, 11 more charges have been handed to him, all surrounding the murders of elderly women.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) told The Daily Caller that an immigration detainer for Chemirmir was filed with Dallas County Jail in March 2018, but that he’s not currently in the agency’s custody.

Opinion

I’m truly at a loss for words on this case. It’s not like he was hiding under a rock, undetected by law enforcement. It’s not like they didn’t know he was an illegal immigrant. And it’s not like this happened in a sanctuary city. This happened in Texas. He was arrested four times. Yet he was still allowed to roam, work, and allegedly commit murder.

It’s important to note that this is not a case of our porous southern border. Records are unclear of how he came to live and work in America in the first place, but if it was another case of visa overstay, then this will be a slightly different case than we’ve seen in recent weeks. He wasn’t a gang member who came over with migrants. This goes to show that those in the country illegally all need to be examined more closely. We have enough issues with citizens committing crimes. We don’t need even more criminals on the streets.

Quote

“This guy should’ve been detected but wasn’t. In our case, they had him just wandering around the apartment for three hours.” – Richard Arnold, Lawyer for a Victim’s Family

Final Thoughts

If we aren’t deporting illegal immigrants who have been arrested four times in Texas, how can we expect any criminal illegal aliens to be deported? The system is broken. We need to rethink everything about immigration.
