Yes absolutely 100 The DOJ should go after Jussie Smollett Tina Tchen and Kim Foxx

The spin has already begun in mainstream media to turn the whole Jussie Smollett charge-dropping situation into a nothingburger. They’re out in full force trying to convince the American people that his crimes weren’t that big of a deal, that he already paid his due, and that neither Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx nor Michelle Obama’s former chief of staff Tina Tchen did anything wrong.

All of these narratives are lies.

What Jussie Smollett allegedly did constitutes multiple federal offenses. If an average American mailed themselves a letter with white powder claiming it to be anthrax in hopes of garnering sympathy in contract negotiations, then followed it up with the hoax that he allegedly perpetrated, there is ZERO doubt that person would be charged, tried, convicted, and jailed.

What Kim Foxx did by dropping the charges with barely a slap on the wrist is extremely suspicious, especially when we consider the communications she had with Tina Tchen and the timing of how all of this went down. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out Tchen either called in a favor or promised a future favor in order to make this deal happen. Either way, that’s corruption. Laws have been broken.

One thing that’s not being discussed is why someone, whether Tchen directly or any of the people speculated to be involved – namely Michelle Obama and Senator Kamala Harris – would take such a risk just to get an actor off the hook. Does he have something on someone? These aren’t idiots. They knew exactly how it would look. They left a trail to connect them to this whole mess. Something doesn’t seem right, which leaves us with three possibilities as to why it went down the way it did:

  1. They were incompetent and simply didn’t cover their tracks well enough. This seems unlikely for people who have made careers out of covering their tracks. It’s not like they’d mail a check to pay for services or anything that utterly stupid.
  2. They were careless because they figured they’d be able to spin it all easily with their mainstream media pawns.
  3. They knew it would look bad, but Smollett or someone else has enough leverage to make the risk necessary to take.

Regardless of why it all went down, it’s imperative to find out how it went down.

This is a clear cut case of powerful leftists engaging in something strange at the very least. It has enough potential to be so corrupt and criminal that the DOJ must take a look. All three involved should go under the microscope immediately.

Will you help revive the American Conservative Movement?
