It’s no secret I’m a big fan of the DUST YouTube channel. This binge-worthy series of short science fiction tales gives lovers of the genre bite-sized flicks that stretch the imagination without the need to stretch the attention span. One of their recent offerings is worth noting: Iteration 1 by Jesse Lupini and the creepy thought experiment it poses.
What if you woke up in a strange room and were set to die in 60 seconds. After you die, you wake up in the same bed in the same room, but the actions of your previous selves are still in play. Could you solve the problems each new room poses quickly, or would it take you a long time to understand how the game works?
Anna (Katharine Isabelle) finds herself in that very situation, stuck with a puzzle she didn’t want to solve with only her wits and previous lives to help her finish the game. Considering the movie is just over 12 minutes long, anything else I could say about it would be too much.
No need for deep analysis of a short film like this. Just watch it and be refreshed… until your next iteration takes over. Enjoy.

Covid variant BA.5 is spreading. It appears milder but much more contagious and evades natural immunity. Best to boost your immune system with new Z-Dtox and Z-Stack nutraceuticals from our dear friend, the late Dr. Vladimir Zelenko.
