In the clever way we’ve grown accustomed to seeing from pretty much everything the Stranger Things team does, they released their first teaser trailer. It really wasn’t much of a teaser as far as the storyline goes, but we did get an extremely important piece of information: the release date.
Before watching fireworks, be ready to binge-watch season 3 of Stranger Things on Netflix. It’s being released July 4th. That may bum some people out who normally have plans to be away from Netflix for Independence Day, but fear not. It will drop at midnight PST on July 4, which is technically the night before the fireworks. This gives fans plenty of time to coffee-up and sit through the eight expected hours of what may be the final season, at least with all the current actors.

Fans of the show who do not believe in all-nighters may have to choose between fireworks and Stranger Things. I’ve already made my decision. Sorry, fireworks. You’re getting skipped this year.
