This video isn’t one that delves into the spiritual ramifications of the science behind simulation theory. In fact, it’s so secular that it never even crosses their mind that anything other than aliens or extra-dimensional beings could be behind the creation. Technically, I suppose acknowledging control from higher dimensions could constitute a belief in a higher power, but by no means do they try to attach it to a Biblical worldview.
Those who study the Bible and draw parallels from the world of science will quickly make the connections between what they’re proposing in this video and what the Bible teaches. From stretching the fabric of the universe to acceptance that quantum entanglement cannot be explained by accepted scientific theories, the video is rife with allusions to Biblical creation without acknowledging this to be the case.
This is, by no means, the type of video that Biblical skeptics or those new to the Scripture should watch. It’s not a Bible study, nor will it reinforce a Biblical worldview into anyone who doesn’t already understand the Bible very clearly. But those who are firm in their faith can learn a lot by seeing what the scientific world is discovering even if the scientists aren’t making the appropriate connections.
You, however, can.
Late apologist Chuck Missler often said we were living in a simulation that was created by God. This video seems to lend credence to that assertion without even realizing it.
