We all make mistakes. Grammar and spelling can be challenges for even the most intelligent people. On mobile devices, they’re even more common as autocorrect, fat fingers, and rushed typing can turn a good message into fodder for ridicule.
The President of the United States should be immune to such things. All he has to do is get someone to read his messages first before he sends them out. It might be endearing to his base to make idiotic statements, but it doesn’t represent the nation properly, nor does it allow his messages to seen for their intent rather than for their mistakes.
As is common, the President sent out a Tweet today that had a humorous unintended consequence. He called out “Scott Free” instead of using the term “scot-free,” which means without consequences.
….his wife and father-in-law (who has the money?) off Scott Free. He lied for this outcome and should, in my opinion, serve a full and complete sentence.

The comments were as predictable as the gloating backlash from mainstream media.
This " Scott Free " guy might really have the goods to take down theTrump administration, people are saying!

It truly would behoove the @POTUS to allow a smarter person to edit his communications before sending them out. Not to change messaging (though that needs work) but to avoid the ridicule that comes with unfortunate and avoidable mistakes that make him sound stupid. https://t.co/V9hhOX16Ix

I’m guessing you can get this Scott free… or at least at a severely reduced rate. pic.twitter.com/GbdF3yfh3r

There’s an easy solution. Let someone read the Tweets before they’re sent. Why muddle the messaging with mistakes when the solution is to find an adult in the room when the Tweet is composed and allow them to read it first. Problem solved.
Covid variant BA.5 is spreading. It appears milder but much more contagious and evades natural immunity. Best to boost your immune system with new Z-Dtox and Z-Stack nutraceuticals from our dear friend, the late Dr. Vladimir Zelenko.
