Sean Spicer: Shadows of 2016 linger over 2018

on

Former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer is seeing a 2018 midterm election that is very reminiscent of the shocking 2016 election when Republicans had huge wins, including the Presidency itself.

“Look at Bob Hugin in New Jersey closing it in, John James in Michigan closing it down,” Spicer said.

He attributes much of the enthusiasm on early voting which has favored many Republicans this election. He also to a shot at SNL chief Lorne Michaels for making jokes about candidate Dan Crenshaw, a former Navy SEAL who lost his eye in battle.

If Republicans maintain control of the House and Senate, leftists and mainstream media will be beside themselves.
