“We had to give a chance,” Hillary Clinton said. “…an open mind to the new president. And I meant it.”
Even after my morning coffee, this is cringe-worthy. Clinton is the worst, most terrible parody of an opportunistic liar that I have ever seen. She didn’t want “her” voters to go into a “defensive crouch,” she said?
Come on! That’s exactly what she wanted. Clinton and the Obama administration made a full-court press to try to discredit Trump after he won, and even to overturn the election, using useful idiots like Jill Stein. I was at the inauguration. They sent protesters to break windows and start fires in front of the press!
Now, granted, Trump is a walking self-inflicted wound. But nobody, least of all Hillary, can claim they had an open mind.
She’s only saying this because she got caught, and the DNC got caught, along with Obama’s DOJ and FBI, paying Fusion GPS for the most salacious and uncorroborated dirt on Trump. There’s nothing wrong with opposition research and gathering dirt on a political opponent. But Clinton hid it under the cover of attorney-client privilege. That’s a no-no, and may even be a criminal act.
It’s not the fact of the Trump Dossier that caused Clinton to suddenly flip-flop on Trump. Listen to her remarks…she’s focused on the time immediately after Trump won, up to the inauguration and just after. That’s the time when the FBI was paying Christopher Steele as an informant–the same guy who compiled the Dossier, paid for, secretly, by the DNC and the Clinton campaign.
Hillary is such a transparent heap of rotting compost. As bad as Trump is, I will never be more glad she lost the election.
