The phrases “illegal immigrant” or “illegal alien” are so taboo for liberals and leftist news outlets that most are still referring to Jose Ines Garcia Zarate as an “undocumented immigrant.” Some are even saying he “allegedly” shot and killed Steinle. Let’s look at the facts.
- He didn’t “allegedly” shoot and kill Steinle. He admitted to it. That wasn’t even refuted by the defense. Their case was that the gun accidentally went off, that it was a stolen gun he found, and therefore he shouldn’t be convicted of murder. There was nothing “alleged” about his action. He shot and killed Steinle.
- Zarate had been deported five times and will likely be deported again.
- This man has been convicted of several drug crimes and would have been deported once again, but San Francisco is a sanctuary city. They care more about protecting criminal illegal aliens than American citizens. They had him three months before he killed Steinle and they let him go before justice could be served. Now, they’ve done it again.
Jose Ines Garcia Zarate should now become the poster boy for those protecting “undocumented immigrants” in government, activist groups, and the press. This is the man being defended over people like Steinle. This is the person that every sanctuary city in America wants to be free from the “unfair” treatment they would receive if ICE wants to force them to follow the law of the land and enter the country legally.
This is your guy, the ultimate “undocumented immigrant” who just wants a chance at his piece of the American dream. It doesn’t matter to liberals which American citizens are harmed in the process. The quest of the “undocumented immigrant” is more important to them than the legal immigrants (of which I am one) who went through proper channels to get here and do our part.
Covid variant BA.5 is spreading. It appears milder but much more contagious and evades natural immunity. Best to boost your immune system with new Z-Dtox and Z-Stack nutraceuticals from our dear friend, the late Dr. Vladimir Zelenko.
You are mostly correct. But you are leaving out one small detail. Which introduced “reasonable doubt”. The gun went off, and the bullet ricocheted off of the ground before it hit Kate. Now I am not saying that exonerates him. But it DID introduce the possible doubt that the bullet may have really been aimed specifically at her.
Oh..and the reason “undocumented immigrant” is more fashionable, is that with the existance of sanctuary cities, illegal is not always completely accurate. And the thing that has to kind of be repeated over and over and over and over again is that the amount of immigrants that are committing crimes (besides being here without citizenship), are still a small enough number, that accusing all immigrants of being criminals is highly inaccurate. And in sanctuary cities, they have greatly benefitted from the work forces that these immigrants comprise. So people that live there are less likely to agree with treating immigrants like criminals.
